摘要
Bemisia tabaci B-biotype (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae), is an important agricultural pest in the world. Isaria fumosorosea (Hypocreales: Cordycipitaceae) is one of the most important fungi for control of B. tabaci. The effects of temperature (20, 23, 26, 29, 32℃) and relative humidity (53%, 65%, 75%, 85%, 95%) on conidial germination and pathogenicity of I. fumosorosea IF-1106 against 2nd instar nymphs of B. tabaci were investigated. The results indicated that the conidial germination of the pathogen was significantly affected by temperature with maximum germination rate at 26℃. The conidial germination rate was higher when RH ranged from 85% to 95%, but down or ungerminative when RH lower than 75%. The cumulative corrected mortality of 2nd instar nymphs reached to a peak at 26℃. The pathogenicity of I. fumosorosea increased with RH. The cumulative corrected mortality of 2nd instar nymphs increased from 54.55% to 88.89% in RH range from 53% to 95%. The pathogenicity of I. fumosorosea against B. tabaci was significantly related to conidial germination rate, and it was more significantly affected by temperature than RH. It is concluded that the optimal conditions for I. fumosorosea IF-1106 to infect B. tabaci were temperature at 26℃ and RH over 85%.
